802.11b wifi SD cards (more accurately called SDIO cards) are good for devices which lack built-in wireless and can also come with built-in memory, so you don't need to take the wireless card out in order to have a storage card in.
They may stick out of the slot a little, and are forgettable or may get lost, but they're your only option if you want wifi and don't have it built-in.
