I'm not sure if I'm in the right place here, but I need assistance with this method of downloading data to my phone from a computer. I got it to work fine, uploaded several ringtones, but mistakingly attempted to download a full mp3 song. It worked and even played, but after I downloaded it I could no longer edit my phone. Every time I try to get a new ringtone or sound or anything, it says that the process has been blocked by the phone's service provider, or something to that effect. I haven't tried much, apart from the obvious, for fear of damaging my phone, so can someone with experience help me please?
