I lost my Account PIN/vKey. How can I get it back?
The Account PIN/vKey is always required to get information about or make changes to a Virgin Mobile USA account, on virginmobileusa.com, and when contacting customer support by email or telephone. If this number is lost, it is not recoverable.
The way you can get it back is to provide Virgin Mobile with the correct answer to your secret question. If you have registered your email address with Virgin then they will email you your vKey. Otherwise they will send you a text message to your cell phone.
