Mobile Phone Tools - This program is by far the simplest program to upload ringtones and wallpapers with. All ringtones and wallpapers will appear as soon as you've uploaded them. The disadvantage is that Mobile Phone Tools uses the "Modem" drivers, where as all of the other Motorola programs use P2K drivers.

It is recommend to install MPT drivers on one USB port, and then using another for the P2K drivers so you can use other programs like Motokit, P2Kman, PST, RSD, etc.

P2Kman - this program is a very simple interface, simply browse to your phone's audio folder, and upload. The disadvantage is that the ringtones and wallpapers do not show up right away, and the ringtones will not appear in your phone's "Ring Details" menu. You will have to delete the two ".db's" inside the audio folder before they will show up. The advantage, however, is that this program uses the P2K drivers, as does most of the other programs.

P2kTools - this program is complex file manager for P2k phones, have Fix MelodyDB button to fix melodys database, so you wouldn't need to delete *.db files and wouldn't have problems with access to ringstyles if you deleted standard files. Also have many usefull features (like seem and feature editor, and also kJava uploader). Just upload files to audio folder and press "Fix MelodyDB" (also may be restart needed). Also support phones with flash cards.
