Virgin Mobile is the second largest prepaid wireless provider in the United States. It is a publicly-held company. Virgin Mobile USA, Inc. (NYSE: VM), through its operating company Virgin Mobile USA, L.P., services over 5 million customers through Virgin Mobile's Plans Without Annual Contracts. Virgin Mobile USA also offers unlimited contract plans and advanced handset devices like the Ocean 2. As a Sprint MVNO, coverage for Virgin Mobile USA is "powered by the Nationwide Sprint Network."
