Talk:Understanding ROM Structure

Could there be a picture done ? I mean I have 128MB Flash Rom, 64 MB RAM on MDA Pro

(Under Start->Settings->Tab system->store icon: i can read: data store(44MB,free 38MB) and program store(48MB, free24MB):

So then (from the original article taken and assumed):

128 MB ROM (not lost when battery ends):

 - ~90 MB data&programm store (free,~70MB) ???
 38MB:
 - xx MB Extendeded ROM (I can(!?) change, Branding SW)
 - xx MB ROM (I cannot(!?) change, original WM5-SW, =Firmware??)
 - xx MB Radio (I cannot(!?) change, Radio SW)

64 MB RAM (always lost when battery ends):

 - used for executing programs

Extensions(not lost when battery ends):

  - SD cards
  - MMC cards
  - SDIO cards (Are there good examples ?)

Right or is something is wrong!? Do I not misunderstand something !?

Can I look into ROM, RADIO too?

(here maybe a link to a howto in the cases where I can change the ROM (e.g. ExtRom)??)
