newb,first timer,etc. 

could some one direct me to a solution for vx9900 mek, install drivers,etc, still get pc bubble, says "mtp device", then say when I push sync buttom on the phone, "there was a problem with installation & device maynot work properly". after which it does not detect the phone. using wmp10. have gone around with vws data tech more hours than i want to. clean installed drivers several times, asked by tech to return mek & get another copy,did same problem. download drivers from vcast data, same problem. tried wmp 10 solution #911091, no help.
