Changes that will be made
Here are some of the changes that will be made to the phone by following this procedure:
1. Enables tethering via USB.
2. Removes the T-Mobile menu system (the 6 spinning circles) and adds Sony Ericsson's standard grid menu to the phone.
3. Adds additional themes and flash menus to the phone.
4. Enables the use of Track ID to identify songs that are played into the phone's microphone or on the phone's built-in FM radio.
5. Removes T-Mobile logos during Startup and Shutdown.
6. Allows you to modify the up and down shortcuts and the shortcuts in the shortcut list.
7. Turns on the HSDPA icon.

Procedure
1. If you have never used a2uploader before, you need to run ggsetup.exe that was included with a2uploader files.
2. Shut down the phone.
3. Run A2Uploader and click the FileSystem Tool button
4. Hold down c on the phone and plug in the USB cable. If c doesn't work, hold down 2+5 instead.
5. Release the button when you see some activity on the left side of the A2Uploader window
6. Browse to \tpa\preset\custom folder on the phone in the right pane of A2uploader
7. Drag and drop Customize.xml from the mod files folder into the filesystem window (on the right side of the A2Uploader window)
8. Then browse to the tpa\preset\system\menu folder on the phone and drag and drop the MENU.ML from your hard drive to the phone.
9. Drag and drop all files in the flash folder into the tpa\preset\system\desktop\flash folder on the phone.
10. Drag and drop all files in the theme folder into the tpa\user\theme folder on the phone.
11. Click the "Shutdown FS Manager" button
12. Unplug the USB cable and turn the phone on
13. Go to Menu\Settings\General Tab\Master Reset
14. Select Reset Settings. (All phone settings will be reset but no data should be deleted.)
Once done, the changes should be effective.
