Prepaid customer care

As of February 2009 prepaid customer care has become more automated and now uses an IVR for many customer care functions. Most of these functions can be accomplished by making a voice response. These functions may also be accessed by using DTMF a/k/a Touch-Tones in lieu of a voice response.

These are the DTMF commands:

1. Refill

2. Dollar and minute balance

3. Rate plan. Hear your current rate plan or change to another rate plan

4. Technical support

5. Manage account

8. Switch to another prepaid account

0. Be transferred to an account representative
