Files Needed to Complete this Tutorial
Download these files and put them on a SD card formatted FAT32:

Flashing Verizon ROM
Place the SD card into your phone.
Hold the volume up button on your phone.
While holding the volume up button, replace the battery in your phone.
You will see a screen that tells you to press up on your 5-way if you want to flash, or any other key to cancel. (If you dont see this, start over).
Before you press up, plug your power cable into your phone. The red light will not go on as normal, this is expected, but assuming your power cable is plugged in at both ends and working properly, the phone is still on AC power.
Press the up arrow on your phone.
Very carefully (without disturbing anything) place the phone in a safe location. You do not want to move it and risk disrupting the power or accidentally ejecting the SD card. This is a good way to brick your phone.
Wait patiently for the "Download OS + BL" screen to finish.
Once the bar is full, your phone will reset.
NV Backup Restore
From the memory card in phone,
Copy nvBackup.dat
to root of phone
Run CDMAFirmwareUpdater.exe STOP (Dont push anything except the Left Softkey)
uncheck NV Backup and Rom
from the drop down box, select Sprint
press Update
In top right hand corner click the X when it has completed (X was not visible on mine but it is there)
run CDMAFirmwareUpdater.exe again STOP (Dont push anything except the Left Softkey)
uncheck NV Backup and Rom
from the drop down box, choose Verizon this time.
press Update
In top right hand corner click the X when it has completed (X was not visible on mine but it is there)
Programming the Phone
Dial *22890 and press talk from your phone and it should work and program your phone automatically
OR
Dial ##000000#, choose Edit, program your MDN, MIN, and SID
DONT SKIP THE ABOVE STEPs
Congratulations
Congratulations your phone should now work on Page Plus, including internet!

Note: I successfully used said steps to flash 5 Sprint 700wx to Page Plus
Note: Doing these steps will erase all things on the phone (phonebook, pictures, etc) so make sure to backup anything important.
