NEXT

Your name: anything you want

Username: blahblah@rogers.com

password: your password

Check "save password"

NEXT

Account type: POP3

Name: Anything you want

NEXT

Incoming mail: pop.broadband.rogers.com

Outgoing mail: smtp.broadband.rogers.com

Domain: leave this blank

Click "OPTIONS"

Choose your "Connection" setting

All unchecked, EXCEPT for "Outgoing mail requires authentication" which MUST be checked.
