Guide: How to enable International Keyboard Dictionaries in 1.1.1

To enable the International Keyboard Dictionaries in 1.1.1 your iPhone must be jailbroken and activated.

Just use WinSCP (Windows) or iNdependence (Mac) and go to the SpringBoard.app folder which is in System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app and edit the M68AP.plist file you will find this entry:

<key>international</key>

<false/>

...just set "false" to "true" and restart your iPhone.

A new settings will show up under Settings > General > Keyboard and under General there will be International now.
