With prepaid all your unused minutes will continue to accumulate as long as you add refill minutes prior to the account expiration date.

Call T-Mobile customer care at 611 or 1-800-937-8997.

Tell the customer care representative that you wish to convert your account from a monthly billed account to a prepaid account.

They will contact technical support to request that they convert your account from monthly billed postpaid to a prepaid account.

Your account will be converted and you will be given a $5.00 credit.

It may take up to 24 hours for your account to be converted.
