How to Change Your Boot Screen
This tutorial is a bit more involved and requires specific flashes in order for it to work properly. First off you'll need to acquire the flash (shx) known as "splash". This flash fixes the address (65 & 66) of the two built-in images within your stock software.

The Process
Always back your phone up and create a working MonsterPack of your backup so you have something to restore your phone with in case of disaster.
