Some users are reporting problems with the OTA activation. Here is the manual procedure:

enter "##000000"

To manually program you'll need to know:

  • Mobile Number (MDN)
  • MSID (MIN)
  • Home SID
  • Home NID

Page Plus Customer Service has been very helpful in the past with giving out this information freely

The PRL can then be updated OTA by entering *228 Option 2
