Amp'd Pay-as-you-go and Hybrid Plans.

Pay-As-You-Go.

• $.10 a minute, all the time, any time. No strings attached. Minutes expire every 60 days if you don't re-up.

Family Share Plans

In November 2006, Amp'd introduced a very unique Family Share Plan. The way the plan works, is that any two Featured plans (except unlimited) are combined onto one bill. You can mix and match whichever plans to come up with your desired amount of monthly shared minutes. So if you choose two 500 minute plans, it would be $30 + $30 for a total of $60 a month for 1,000 shared minutes. The two handsets on that account share these pooled minutes, and have unlimited mobile-to-mobile minutes (only among the shared plan phones, NOT other Amp'd users). At that point, you can add additional handsets for $10 a month each, which will also share the pooled minutes. You can have up to a total of 5 phones on a Family share plan.

Add-Ons for the family share plan include the option to add unlimited night minutes to all the phones on the Share Plan for a flat $7.00 a month. Data add-ons, however, such as Amp'd Radio, Amp'd TV, Overload, and Overdose, will be added at the normal rates on a "Per-Handset" basis. So if three of the phones have Overdose on them, the fee is $20+$20+$20.

An example of a Family Share plan sharing 1500 minutes among three phones, with added night minutes, would break down as follows:

• Amp'd 1000 plan: $50
• Amp'd 500 plan: $30
• Third Handset: $10
• Night Minutes: $7
